Hello! I’m Dominik , a self-employed entrepreneur born in the 1980s and living in Andernach, Germany, where I also completed my education. Known as “The Thinker,” I spend a lot of my time planning, reading, and refining every detail to create the best possible guest experience.
My motto: I’ll do anything that works to make your visit unforgettable.
What makes my vacation rentals unique is their excellent location combined with our reliable, personal support. I believe a great stay goes far beyond a beautiful apartment it’s about comfort, structure, cleanliness, and thoughtful details that make guests feel at home.
I’m passionate about travel and property management, always looking for new ways to improve and evolve. I speak German and English, and my apartments in the Philippines are maintained to high German standards of order, cleanliness, and quality.
I always do everything possible for my guests—because great service matters. And if you’re wondering what starts my day: fresh juice for breakfast.

How we started
Our journey began with a passion for travel and a clear idea of what makes a great stay. We wanted to create vacation rentals that combine comfort, reliability, and thoughtful details—places where guests feel truly welcome from the moment they arrive.
What started as a simple idea quickly grew into a commitment to high standards, inspired by German values of cleanliness, organization, and quality. Today, we continue to improve every stay by listening to our guests and constantly refining the experience.

Dominik oversees the overall guest experience, management, and quality standards, making sure every stay meets high expectations.
On site in the Philippines, our trusted co-host Ma Roberta, a local Filipina, assists with guest support, coordination, and day-to-day operations. She is joined by our close friend Bernd, who helps with property handling, maintenance support, and cleanliness. Together, they ensure the apartments are well cared for and ready for every guest.
